Blog action day

I am making this post today in support of Blog Action Day. A day when all bloggers will discuss the same important issue for our planet. The Environment. As a member of the Liberal Democrat party here in the UK, the environment has always been at the top of my political radar.

The Liberal Democrats have always placed the environment at the top of its agenda. Proposing Green taxes, way before any other UK political party.

I consider myself to have a very low carbon footprint. My ownly vice being too much PC use, but my laptop has a 9hour battery which helps a little. I do not own a car, I commute into the office. I do not smoke, I walk everywhere and always use public transport. I always make sure we get the latest environment friendly household appliances, we have always used energy saving light bulbs. The list goes on.

If we all did this we would have a better planet. We would not have the weather we have these days, and we would have no worries about how we are leaving this planet for our children. So my advice for the day is this. Look at your life, look at how much you are costing our planet. You CAN make a difference.
