Eco and other stuff

First I want to point you at this new Trevor Baylis toy . Its a wind up media player, looks a start. The review seems to think it should have been a wind up iPod, but its not, windup can be big and bulky, but come on give the guy a break, he at least is trying to make a difference with this stuff, and it will have a need, just for the fm radio in most poor countries it will be worth it. The aid agencies will be looking I guess.

On a KoR note. I think I now have a new host for KoR and related sites. I have until December on the existing server so I am going to slowly move the stuff over. The new guys even offered me an extra month, felt sorry for m I guess. Its also only $200 more than I pay per quarter at the moment, for now 13months of server, so up and over, lol. I will keep you up to date on whats happening with this.

Also KoR's code base has been updated a lot the last 4 days I had at home. I have started a redesign of the pages so that my new updates fit, but while there I thought I'd re-write the lot, its needed it for quite a while. Like all code, you spend 12mnths updating, adding stuff, and the code gets crap. You need a re-write every now and again just to optimise and clean it up again.

I've managed to find a couple of graphics artists too who are willing to help me out, they will use us for their portfolio work, so this will help us and them. More news again as things happen.
